Signing in
Fit Your Wit has no passwords. Enter your email and we send a six-digit code that works for ten minutes. If it does not arrive, check spam, wait a minute, and request a new one. Codes are limited per hour to stop abuse.
Subscriptions and refunds
Fit Your Wit Pro is billed by the store you bought it from. On iPhone, manage or cancel in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, and request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, manage or cancel in Google Play subscriptions. If you paid and Pro did not unlock, open the You tab and choose Restore purchase, then email us if it still has not unlocked.
Voice and microphone
Voice is optional. If voice drills cannot hear you, allow microphone access for Fit Your Wit in your device settings, or switch to type-only mode in Settings inside the app. Recordings are processed for transcription and timing and are not retained.
Your account and data
Export your data or delete your account from the You tab under Privacy and account, or on the web at Delete account. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
