Request deletion
We send a six-digit code so nobody else can delete your account. The response is deliberately the same whether an email has a Fit Your Wit account or not.
What is deleted
Your profile, authentication records, settings, sessions, transcripts, scores, saved lines, progress, devices, notification tokens, and service-side entitlement records are deleted. Raw voice recordings are never retained by Fit Your Wit. Access tokens are revoked as soon as the request is confirmed.
A 30-day soft-delete window allows recovery by emailing support@fityourwit.co from the address on the account. After that, the purge is permanent. Limited backup copies age out on the documented backup schedule; security or payment records may be retained only where legally required.
Google Play and App Store subscriptions
Deleting Fit Your Wit does not cancel a subscription managed by Google Play. Cancel separately in Google Play subscriptions to stop future renewal. On iPhone, cancel in your Apple Account subscriptions.
